Usage info

Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Ensure product reaches a core temperature of 82°C. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. HOB - 12 MIN Add sauce (750g) to pan and bring to the boil. Add fillets (500g) to the sauce and bring back to the boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 12 minutes. Turn fillets occasionally during cooking. OVEN - 14 MIN Preheat oven to 220°C/ Fan 200°C/ Gas 7. Brush with a little oil. Place on a baking tray. Cook on the middle shelf.
