Usage info

Use 5g Potato White to 5 litres cold water to completely cover the chips/potatoes. Soak for 15 minutes (chips) or 4 hours (whole potatoes) . Do not exceed the soaking time. Remove from the solution and allow to dry for a minimum of 1 hour before cooking.
