Potato (91%), skimmed MILK powder (4.6 %), potato starch, salt, MILK fat, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acid (vegetable origin), stabiliser: sodium acid pyrophosphate, anti-oxidant: ascorbic acid, natural flavour, turmeric.

Usage info

Cold preparation: 1. Pour cold water into a container. 2. Add the flakes quickly into the container and combine with the water with a whisk. 3. Leave to rest for 5 minutes and mix again. IMPORTANT: Refer to current regulations applicable to foodservice concerning cold preparation and cold delivery. Cleaning of equipment Microbiological quality of water, hygiene of utensils and equipment-monitoring of core temperature. Hot preparation: 1. Heat water to 80°C. 2. Add the potato flakes quickly into the container and combine with the water with a whisk. 3. Leave to rest for 2 minutes and mix again. 4. MOUSLINE potato mash is ready to serve!
