Usage info

To defrost, place the dough pieces in an airtight plastic container at +2/+4°C for 24 to 48 hours. Use within 1 - 3 days. Processing: Once removed from the refrigerator, leave the dough pieces to rest at room temperature for 30 mins; flour, roll out and garnish.
