Best cooked from frozen, check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Shallow Fry: For approximately 8 minutes, turning frequently. Deep Fry: For approximately 3-4 minutes at 180°C. Oven Bake: For approximately 10-12 minutes at 200°C.
