During the 2020 lockdown, Marco discovered British flours lack the characteristics needed to achieve authentic Italian pizza at home. As a result, Marco began the journey to create his own range of authentic pizza flour, milled in the UK using traditional Italian methods, and is now used by hundreds of pizzaiolo's and restaurants across the country.
