Each 90g croissant is ready to bake — defrost at room temperature for around 30-45 minutes, bake as directed, then cool for 15 minutes at room temperature before serving. Ideal for breakfast menus, filled croissant sandwiches, and desserts. Each box contains 50 croissants.

Defrost approximantely for 30 minutes at room temperature. Bake in ventllated oven for 18 minutes at 165°C. Note: each oven has its own characteristics. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
