Contents may settle after packaging. A classic blend of Mediterranean herbs, with a delicate and aromatic flavour. Blend with breadcrumbs and press over a rack of lamb towarsds the end of cooking. Beat into softenetd butter and use as a delicious topping for toasted ciabatta. Whisk into olive oil, wine vingegar and mustrad for a quick vinaigrette. Mix with chopped garlic, lager and lemon juice for an alternative marinade for meats.
