If thawed do not refreeze. Cook from frozen or chilled Combi Oven 100% Steam from Frozen 12-15 mins 100% Steam from Chilled 6-9mins Gas/Pressure Steamer from Frozen 40 mins from Chilled 30 mins *Hob Cooking from Frozen 20-25mins from Chilled 10-15mins *Add 1 litre of water to a pan, add 2.5kg of Simply Mash , cover with a tightly fitting lid, stir occasionally. When cooked place in a large mixing bowl and mix with a baloon whisk, season to taste if required.
