Cooking Istructions: Oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F), Gas Mark 7. Speard the frozen wedges evenly on to a baking tray and bake for approximately 15-18 minutes. For better results, turn the wedges halfway through baking time. Always use a baking paper. Fan Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F), Gas Mark 6. Speard the frozen wedges evenly on to a baking tray and bake for approximately 15-18 minutes. For better results, turn the wedges halfway through baking time. Always use a baking paper. Deep-frying: Preheat the oil to 175°C (350°F). Place the required amount of product into the wire basket and fry for approximately 4-5 minutes. Do not bake too large quantities at once. Drain well before serving. Shallow fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add the frozen potato parts and cook for 12-15 minutes. Turning occasionally. Do not refreeze once thawed.
