Remove packaging and defrost at room temperature for 1-2 hours. Pan fry at medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until gloden brown. OVEN/GRILL: Remove packaging and defrost at room temperature for 1-2 hours. Place in heat oven/grill at 180-200°c for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown .
