Usage info

Re-Heating Guidelines: Defrost duck in refrigerator, remove outer bag and clear plastic sheet from between duck halves Oven: Place product on a baking tray in a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 200°C/Gas Mark 6 for approximately 30- 35 minutes. Microwave and Deep Fry: Microwave each duck half on a high setting for 3 minutes. Deep Fry each duck half at 190°C for approximately 2 minutes. Cooking times may vary. CHECK FOOD IS PIPING HOT THROUGHOUT BEFORE SERVING.
