Usage info

Oven cook: Take the duck out from pouch and allow to defrost thoroughly in a refrigirator. once fully defrosted place the duck on a suitable grease proof tray on th e middle shelf of a pre heat oven at 230°C. Cook for 40minutes or until the skin is crisp and fully cooked through. The duck should be piping hot throughout. check the product is thoroughly cooked.
