Usage info

Thawing Instructions: Put the frozen burger pucks in a refrigerator. Allow the burger pucks to thaw in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours. Once thawed, cook the burger pucks within 24hours. Cooking Instructions: For best results place the burger puck on the hot surface, use a press or flat spatula to press the burger puck into a thin patty. Turn occasionally until no pink colour remains and all juices run clear. Ensure the patty is thoroughly cooked to achieve a core temperature of at least 75°C.
