JJ speaks at City Hall for the ‘Healthier Catering Commitment for London’ Event
The event – supported by the Mayor of London – is a large-scale voluntary programme, promoted by local authorities, to encourage and assist food businesses and caterers to implement healthier options into their services.
JJ General Manager Terry Larkin spoke about various topics including our weekly fruit and vegetable email promotions and smaller food packaging which allows takeaways to serve smaller healthier portions.The talk was in front of an audience of restaurant owners, caterers and even dietitians.
One of the missions of the HCC is to help lower the problem of obesity in England and to encourage food outlets in London to make small changes that can make a big difference.
