Rosemary & Garlic Roasted Lamb Shoulder – JJ Foodie Recipe!

Ingredients:

✔️ 1 JJ Foodservice Bone-In Lamb Shoulder (MEA225)
✔️ Olive oil
✔️ Fresh rosemary
✔️ Garlic cloves, minced
✔️ Salt and pepper
✔️ Lamb stock

Instructions:

Prepare the Marinade: In a dish, combine olive oil, minced garlic, fresh rosemary, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Coat the lamb shoulder thoroughly, ensuring the marinade gets into all the crevices.



Set Up the Roasting Dish:
 Place a bit of water and lamb stock at the bottom of a roasting tray to keep the meat tender and juicy.

Roast to Perfection: Cover the lamb with foil and place it in a preheated oven at 200°C for the first 45 minutes. Then, lower the temperature to 150°C and roast for 6–8 hours.

Finishing Touches: During the final hour of cooking, remove the foil to allow the lamb to develop a beautiful golden crust. Serve & Enjoy!
