Start experiencing JJ's quality of service first hand. We have a number of services available for you to place your orders:

1. Telephone
Call our Telesales team and benefit from our competitive prices and promotions on 08719 730 999.
Sales lines are open between 09:00 – 22:00, Sunday – Thursday & 09:00 – 17:30 on Friday.
If you prefer, you can be added to our call sheets, in which case you will be called at a time and on a day that suits you, helping to maximise your productivity.
2. E-Mail
When ordering via Electronic Mail please state your name, account number, products, quantities and your desired day for delivery. Simply click on Sales@JJfoodservice.com to start ordering. A member of our team will reply to your message confirming receipt of your order.
3. Fax
When faxing your order please clearly state your name, account number, products, quantities and your desired day for delivery to 08708 556 000. A member of our team will call to confirm your order.
4. Counter Service
JJ Food Service Limited also offers a counter service, where customers can come and collect goods at a time that suits them best.
We have experienced and helpful staff always available at our counter to make sure your order is taken correctly.
Once your order has been placed you'll be allocated a parking bay, where a member of our warehouse team will make sure your goods are brought to your parking bay as quickly as possible.
5. Answer Phone
JJ's answer machine service is made available after 22:00 Sunday to Thursday & after 17:30 on Friday.
Orders left on the answer machine after 22:00 Sunday to Thursday and after 17:30 on Friday will be entered for your next available delivery day, unless stated otherwise.
Weekend answer machine services are also available. Orders may be left on the answer machine throughout the weekend until Sunday evening at 22:00.
Any orders left after 22:00 will be entered for your next available delivery day, as usual.
Please Note: Next day deliveries are not available through the answer machine service Monday to Friday, however orders left over the weekend can be delivered on Mondays depending on the delivery area and time of order. Cut off time : 22:00.
