JJ Staff
JJ Headquarters - Enfield sets the
template for all Operating Procedures
throughout the company.
JJ staff are trained and re-trained to
deliver the specific needs of their
positions within the company.
We
reinforce our strengths in people
with recruitment of new people
with new ideas because we know
we must innovate, whilst
incorporating experience from our
longer serving employees.
Quality Control
JJ warehouse and transport teams
are fully trained in Food Handling in
accordance with The Food Safety
Act 1990.
Goods are inspected and
temperature-probed as they arrive
at our depots and before they are
unloaded. Every product is fully
traceable thereafter.
Warehouse
JJ warehouse operations are run by
highly skilled operatives under the
supervision of a management team
of people who have done it
themselves.
A 40ft truck will be unloaded in less
than 20 minutes.
Average stock holdings is just 4 days!
Transport
JJ owns its large fleet of
multi-temperature vehicles
ranging in size from 7.5 tonne
trucks to 40ft Articulated Lorries.
JJ services and maintains the
vehicles to the Vehicle & Operator
Services Agency (VOSA) standards
in its own purpose-built Fleet
Maintenance Centre.

Whether you are an independent
restaurant, a contract caterer or a
chain of coffee shops, our goal is to
help you grow your business so that
we can grow ours.
Our team of Regional Sales
Executives are trained to introduce
new customers to JJ, and to develop
increasing business with existing
customers.
How To Order
Online Ordering
JJ introduced Online Ordering in
January 2009. Within 6 months it
accounted for 37% of all JJ sales.
We believe that the JJ Online
Ordering System will account for
over 60% of our sales by 2012.
Telesales Team
Our Telesales team is skilled in
simplifying ordering procedures
for JJ customers so that the order
placing process is as efficient as
possible.
Counter Collection Service
JJ introduced its Counter Collection
Service to local businesses and
households in 2008.
